I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The Love Nest rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds, plus the bonus of a fridge. However, darker curtains would have been nice for better sleep quality.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, always friendly and accommodating. They even helped arrange a fantastic day trip for us to Cenotes and Coba. I was very pleased with their service.

The location of the hotel was good, not too far from the center or attractions, but still tranquil and quiet. However, the rocky lane to access the hotel was a bit challenging. It would be best if you have a car for ease of access.

I couldn't have asked for a better room after weeks of bunk beds; it was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view of the pool from the balcony. The service was outstanding, with helpful staff providing great recommendations. The location was convenient, but a bit far from the town center, and the dining experience, while simple, was sufficient. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable during my stay.
